⚡️ Safety First!

Please take proper safety precautions before performing any troubleshooting on your machine!

Start Here First

Before diving into troubleshooting, check these common causes — they solve more issues than you’d think.

  • Check that the machine has power and the breaker hasn’t tripped

  • Confirm the emergency stop is disengaged (Older presses have TWO!)

  • When Pressing, make sure press bags are properly filled

  • Check hydraulic oil level and quality

  • Inspect oil filter for clogs

  • Thoroughly clean the press

Quick Checks for Common Issues

Machine Won’t Power On

What you might notice
